A 7-story, life science building, set for 707 Eleventh Avenue in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. It will contain laboratory and research areas, as well as office space and a multipurpose conference facility. Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, the building will feature a number of amenities, such as a wine bar, a cafe, several private terraces, breakout areas, and a bicycle storage space. The structure will have solar panels on its roof and is being engineered for LEED Gold and WELL certification. The new development will replace a 6-story, commercial loft-style building on the property, which was built in 1901 and at one point the headquarters of Kenneth Cole.
