They total a little over 943,000 square feet and contain 948 affordable rental units. The expanded development (known as "Stevenson Square") will bring these totals to 1.647 million square feet and 1,643 units. Each building would have varying heights, with the tallest reaching 14 stories. Construction would be carried out in phases.
