Permit Details: Going to open up the walls of the second floor and stairway area (possibly) to add proper roof venting, updated insulation, see where layout of walls can be gained, where space can be reutilized, reframe and rebuild full existing bathroom, reframe the closets in the two (2) second floor bedrooms so layout is more functional, hardwood flooring, general finishes for rooms, see if the stairway down to first floor can my modified or opened up. Stairway might need to be left as is based on initial review due to variables, but need further exploring. As homeowner and licensed residential contractor (Lic. #43913) looking forward to working on my own project and making improvements to home for family (wife, baby, & baby on way).
