About Cristo Rey Richmond High School Renovation 304 North Sheppard St Richmond, VA Cristo Rey Richmond High School has been leasing space at the former Benedictine College Preparatory School building at 304 N. Sheppard St. since 2019. Recently, they purchased the property for $6.8 million with plans for a $25 million renovation project. The project will include an expansion for the opportunity to enroll more students and hire more staff. Majority of the work will be done to the interior. The project is still in the works with plans for it to be complete in two years.
