About Creighton Court Redevelopment 3146 Nine Mile Road Richmond, VA A new housing community coming to the East End of Richmond. Creighton Court, located across the street from the Oakwood Cemetery on Nine Mile Rd will feature 3 phases of redevelopment and will bring the neighborhood 700 mixed-income residential units. Sixty-eight units are set to be ready for leasing in the summer of 2024, followed by 72 more units. The project will also include amenity upgrades that have been lacking or outdated, such as improved electricity and HVAC systems. The new units will all be income-based and available to those at or below 60 percent of the area’s median income.
