Notable Jamaica Plain developer expands Jackson Square land portfolio
Potential 90,000+ square foot development site along Amory Street
With the acquisition of the 32,724 square foot Jackson Square parcel at 41 Amory Street on Thursday for $1.3 million, notable Jamaica Plain developer Mordechai Levin now owns three consecutive Amory Street parcels in Jackson Square totaling 92,271 square feet of land. Levin is the registered owner of the two parcels at 55-73 and 75 Amory Street, on which are built two existing factory buildings. A locus map of the three parcels is posted above with 41 Amory Street outlined in red and 55-73 and 75 Amory Street outlined in blue.
A 39-unit residential building at 75 Amory Avenue is under construction adjacent to the three parcels. Levin is currently proposing to develop a mixed-use building at 3353 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain.
