Boston’s North End is home to many of the City’s most sought after destinations from Quincy Market and the Union Oyster House to the historic Paul Revere House and Christopher Columbus Park. The North End waterfront is also home to the Commercial Wharf Pier and Boston Yacht Haven, the largest, full-service marina which can accommodate vessels over 150+ feet.

Beginning in 2016, Tavistock acquired several waterfront sites on the Commercial Wharf Pier. Over the last several years, Tavistock has been designing a master plan to reinvigorate the significant location. Proposed plans include the redevelopment of an existing restaurant site and enhanced public spaces and walkways, as well as the addition of an inn.

While still in the early stages of redevelopment, Tavistock is excited to engage with the community and collaborate on a master plan that will restore this significant property.
