$100 Million+ Construction Permit Secured for Boston Landing Labs
has secured a construction permit valued at $184,460,223 for 60 Guest Street in Brighton as Lendlease launches construction on its lab project. The new 9-story state-of-the-art lab will include 320,000-square-feet of space and a robust amenity program featuring a multi-purpose ground-floor and outdoor spaces at key locations throughout the building.
