1031 North Vermont Street Breaks Ground
Donohoe Construction has officially started work on the 1031 North Vermont Street project located in Arlington, VA.
Designed by KGD Architecture, the 7-story wood-frame structure will feature 98 units, totaling over 108,565 square feet with resident lounge and rooftop terrace spaces. Amenities include a gym, business lounge, pet spa, fire pits, and grill area. The project is pursuing LEED certification. 1031 North Vermont Street is scheduled for an early Fall 2024 completion.
