12-Story Mixed-Use Project Tops Out in East Village
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 12-story, mixed-use project, going up at 280 East Houston Street in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space and 1,301 square feet of community facility space.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Back in April, the team secured a $62 million loan for the project. Issued by Bank OZK, this influx of capital is being used to finance construction costs.
