1245 West Fulton Market Renderings Revealed
Sterling Bay and has released the renderings for their newest development in the Fulton Market neighborhood. The renderings show a stunning 29-story sleek tower with ground-level retail and residential units above. This building is following the trend of high-rises being proposed in the Fulton Market neighborhood. Along with the highrise trend, like many other developments, the podium to the tower will be built with masonry and steel accents to give kudos to the neighborhood's industrial history.
Sterling Bay is seeking approval later this year and starting construction in the Spring of 2022.
