Plans are under review for a 6-story multifamily project at 1 Howard & 38 Park Streets in Framingham. The site is currently paved and has been used as a parking lot. The new building would include 135 apartments, a mix of studios through 2-bedroom homes with 132 parking spaces. Plans also show a fitness center, resident bike room, storage areas, and outdoor terrace.
