1353 West Fulton Market Seeks Approval
Shapack Partners Seeks approval for a proposed 270 foot tall 26-story mixed-use tower in the West end of Fulton Market. The project will bring 16,000 ground-level and 316 apartments to the mostly office-focused Fulton Park neighborhood. The project architects are Skidmore Owings & Merrill, with renderings not being released yet.
