150 + Unit Development In Westport Reaches Construction
The Village at Saugatuck will start demolition on the site in about two weeks. This has not come easy as this project has been controversial and faced challenges, with neighbors against multifamily developments in the traditional single-family home area. The development team met with neighbors to address the concerns before the impending start.
Plans for the project call for 157 residential units with 47 designated affordable according to state rules.
