$153M in Permits Pulled for DotBlock Project
A series of building permits valued at a total of over $153M have been pulled for the DotBlock project in Dorchester. The project will feature a total of 488 units along with over 20,000 square feet of retail space and underground parking for 376 vehicles. The project has been in the works since 2015 with a notice of project changed approved in April 2019 after Samuels and Associates joined the development team.
