$154M Construction Loan Issued for Mission Main Redevelopment Project
has secured construction loans valued at $154,106,793 from the Boston Housing Authority for 43 Smith Street as construction is set to begin on the Mission Main redevelopment project. Plans call for the renovation of 535 units as well as improvements to common spaces, outdoor areas, and a new mid-rise glass entrance at 69 McGreevey Way.
