17 new apartments proposed in West Roxbury
Hub Development proposes to construct a new 4-story residential building at the intersection of Washington and Grove Streets in West Roxbury containing 17 apartments. Plans for the building have been filed with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project.
