2 Phase Academical Village Addition Scheduled For Nova Southeastern University
New things are coming at Nova Southeastern University. Developers have announced the university plans for the addition of “the Academical Village.” The project features more than 2.5 million square feet of new construction and will provide a 28,000-square-foot bookstore, 400,000 square feet of retail space, and more than 1.1 million square feet of classrooms, office space, research labs, and other academic-related endeavors. The development will also feature more than 800 apartments and hotel rooms. The venture will reach completion in two phases.
