200+ Units Planned for Framingham Shopping Plaza Redevelopment
Plans are under view for the redevelopment of the shopping plaza at 208 Waverly Street in Framingham, currently home to Dollar General & Autozone. The new development would include 225 residential units and 8,500 square feet of retail space. The project also features 2 elevated courtyards with 7,000 square feet of amenities.
