23-Story Tower Continues to Rise in the Financial District
General contractor, , has now formed approximately 10 stories of the concrete superstructure at 1 Park Row; a 23-story, mixed-use tower, going up in Manhattan's Financial District. Developed by , the building is set to contain condo units, offered in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a package room, a roof terrace, and a children’s playroom. Plans also call for nearly 19,000 square feet of retail and office space, spanning the bottom three floors of the structure, as well as part of the cellar level.
Designed by , 1 Park Row will stand feet tall and total square feet. Back in June of 2021, obtained a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial. With the superstructure now approaching half of its final height, we'll likely see the building top out within the next couple of months. Work is ultimately expected to finish by the winter of 2024.
