23-Story Tower Starts Its Ascent in the Financial District

General contractor, , has shared a job site photo, showing a recent concrete pour at 1 Park Row; a 23-story, mixed-use tower, beginning to rise in Manhattan's Financial District. Superstructure work is merely beginning for this project, and only the first floor has been poured so far.

Developed by , the building is set to contain condo units, offered in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a package room, a roof terrace, and a children’s playroom.

Plans also call for nearly 19,000 square feet of retail and office space, spanning the bottom three floors of the structure, as well as part of the cellar level.

Designed by , 1 Park Row will stand feet tall and total square feet. Back in June of 2021, obtained a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial. With the superstructure now beginning its climb, we'll likely see the building top out by early to mid-summer. Work is ultimately expected to finish by the winter of 2024.
