$240M Mixed-Use Project, 9Culmer Village Proposed In Miami
Located at 690 NW 13th St in Miami, FL a two-tower mixed-use property is being planned on a 2.6-acre vacant lot that once hosted a chemical plant. The structures will feature one 20-story and one 25-story building that will be separated by a parking garage. The buildings will bring 612 apartments and 9,460 square feet of retail space to the neighborhood with amenities like a fitness center, laundry room, computer room, clubroom, and multipurpose area. Construction is slated to start early next year.
