32-Story Hotel Tower Starts to Rise in Times Square
General contractor, , has begun to form the concrete superstructure of a 32-story hotel tower, going up at 711 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan's Times Square.
Developed by , and set to contain guest rooms, the hotel will be operated under the banner, "voco", which is an upscale and lifestyle-focused hospitality brand, owned by IHG Hotel & Resorts.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site consists of an L-shaped lot, with frontages on both Seventh Avenue and West 48th Street. Construction is expected to take until the fall of 2025 and the project is being financed by a $120 million loan, supplied by Beach Point Capital Management.
