380 4th Avenue Rises in Gowanus
The ascending concrete superstructure of a 17-story, mixed-use project, has already amassed several floors at 380 4th Avenue in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments, with 50 of these units to be dedicated to affordable housing.
Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. Additionally, the building will have a rear yard, and a number of tenant amenities, such as a roof terrace.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. is serving as the general contractor of the project and work is scheduled to complete by the summer of 2025.
