4-Story Self-Storage Facility Coming to Maspeth
A 4-story, commercial building, is currently being constructed at 52-35 74th Street in Maspeth, Queens.
Developed by and constructed in-house under the name , the building will contain a Life Storage branded self-storage facility and have both a cellar and a sub-cellar.
Plans also call for 54,121 square feet of manufacturing space, 3 loading berths, and a small parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up by the winter of 2024. The new development replaces an industrial warehouse building, which was demolished prior to the start of construction.
