45-19 Davis Street Tops Out, Gains Facade

Brett Steinberg of masonry subcontractor, King Contracting Group NY, recently shared progress photos of the ongoing facade installation at 45-19 Davis Street; a topped-out, residential project, going up in Long Island City, Queens.

Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

 

Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. , the building arm of ZD Jasper, is serving as the general contractor for the project, and back in November of 2022, BHI and Valley Bank jointly issued a $52.5 million loan in order to finance all construction costs.

Construction is expected to complete this summer. The lot measures square feet and sits directly next to 45-30 Pearson Street; a recently completed, 25-story residential tower, which was also developed by .
