54 residences proposed next to Broadway Station in South Boston
Developers Thomas Broderick and Timothy Russell propose to construct approximately 54 new residences at 20 West Fifth Street in South Boston, steps from the Broadway MBTA Red Line station. Broderick and Russell have filed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to develop the project with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project plans.
