$55M Permit Pulled for Fit-Out of MassMutual's New Seaport Office
A permit valued at $54,946,219 has been pulled for the fit-out of the upcoming 300,000 square foot Mass Mutual Office building at 10 Fan Pier Boulevard in the Seaport. The project calls for office space, meeting and conference rooms plus a fitness center and exterior roof terraces on the 13th and 17th floors of the building. The work will also include interconnecting stairs and finishes. When complete the building will house around 1,000 MassMutual employees.
