640-Unit Phase One of Rainbow Village Signs Utilities Contract
Progress continues at Rainbow Village as the developers sign a deal to connect with Miami-Dade county's water and sewer systems. Named Rhapsody at Rainbow Village, this first phase development will yield 640 apartments, 39,500 square feet of restaurant space, and 9,000 square feet of daycare space.
Rhapsody at Rainbow Village is the first phase of the larger 1900 unit redevelopment being led by Housing Trust Group.
