7.3 Million Square Foot Mixed-Use Project Proposed in North Bay Village
Sunbeam Properties has proposed a mixed-use project at the WSVN station headquarters. The North Bay Village Planning & Zoning Board will review the proposal on August 17th.
The 7.3 million square foot project will provide 1,936 residential units, 870,000 square feet of office and retail space, and a 112,500 square foot hotel with 300 rooms.
