Located between Church Street and Sherwood Place in Downtown Greenwich, this seven-story 192 unit building is currently undergoing the approval process. The plans also call for 288 parking spaces along with residential amenity spaces. The project has received some community concerns from neighbors, from the structure potentially reducing light, to the density of the project.
