7-Story Condo Project Breaks Ground in Tribeca
Project partners, Parametric Development Group, and NAVA have broken ground on a 7-story residential project, at 14 White Street in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood.
The building will contain condo units, ranging in size from 2-bedroom (1,200 sqft) to 4-bedroom (4,000 sqft) configurations.
Plans also call for square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor, as well as a single, enclosed parking space.
NAVA and DXA Studio collaborated on the design of the structure, and JFG Architects is listed as the architect of record. The facade will feature patinated etched bronze panels, meant to embody the character of the many cast iron buildings in the surrounding neighborhood.
Altogether, 14 White Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by March of 2024.
