8-Story Condo Project Stands Topped Out in Fort Greene
General contractor, , is now installing facade materials on a topped-out, 8-story, mixed-use project, going up at 134 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
Developed by , the building will contain residential condo units, as well as square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by SO-IL, with Kane Architecture listed as the architect of record, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.
Construction is ultimately expected to finish sometime this year. Unit sales will be handled by Douglas Elliman.
