800K SF + Mixed-Use Project Now Under Review in Brighton
Plans are now under review for a 3-building, 800,000+ square foot mixed-use project at 176 Lincoln Street in Brighton. The development would turn a long-vacant parcel into an "innovation village" to feature 548,000 square feet of office and/or research and development space and 314 apartments. The ground floor of each building will be activated on all sides, with approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space. Parking would be available in a shared below-grade parking garage with 946 spaces. The project also calls for 2 acres of open space designed as a collection of “outdoor rooms” including a grand central courtyard, outdoor art gallery, and sculpture garden.
