81 Townhomes proposed at Former School
A proposal is under review to turn the site of The Lieutenant Joseph P. Kennedy Institute, a non-profit private school for students with disabilities, into townhomes. The development consists of 81 three-story townhouses, each with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, a one or two car garage, Each townhome will have three floors and two or three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each unit will also have either a one- or two-car garage, and every unit except for twelve will have a private backyard.
