$87M Jacksonville Cold Storage Facility Breaks Ground
Saxum Real Estate celebrated the groundbreaking of our Jacksonville Cold Storage project this week with anchor tenant Arcadia Cold, hosted by Primus Builders, Inc. This project will be a ~334k square feet of Class A, cold storage space once complete.
Currently, the project has ~116k SF available for lease with Arcadia leasing 216,297 square feet.
The Project is slated for completion in April 2024.
