90 Residential Units Planned for South End Office

The CIM Group has applied for tax incentives under the City's new Downtown Residential Conversion Incentive Pilot Program for the conversion of 95 Berkeley St to 91 residential units. Per the filing, the developer would need to add roughly 20,000 square feet to the existing office building for the conversion. MASS Design Group, which currently leases just over 10,000 square feet of space on the ground floor of the building would stay in place.
