Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 437 Euclid Avenue
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 53 units within an 8-story, multifamily development, going up at 437 Euclid Avenue in Brooklyn's East New York neighborhood. Eligible applicants must earn between $24,515 and $105,060 annually, or sit within 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until April 16, 2024.
Developed by Lantern Organization, the building will contain apartments in total, with most of these offered as Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors (AIRS) units. It will also have square feet of commercial space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Interior finishing is currently ongoing and we can expect construction to wrap up soon.
