Alder at Allston Yards Prepares to Welcome 1st Residents
Alder at Allston Yards is preparing to welcome first residents with a temp. certificate occupancy issued for the 165 luxury apartments within the new building. The development offers studio through 3-bedroom residences along with a variety of amenity spaces including a fitness center, a fun-filled game room, a library with open workspaces, and a billiards room. Alder is the first building within the multi-phased redevelopment of the 11-acre Stop & Shop supermarket property in Allston. When complete the project will include 420K square feet of office lab/space, 117K square feet of retail, and 1,000 residences.
