Amazon Buys 90 Acre Manassas Site for $218M
Amazon Data Services has acquired the ±90.88-acre property located at 14237 and 14209 Dumfries Road for $218,039,520. The site is designated I-3, Technology/Flex Industrial, with a T-3 Transect that recommends a range of 0.23 to 0.57 FAR. In March, The Prince William Board of County Supervisors approved updated zoning that would allow for data center buildings that are up to 85 feet tall to accommodate additional space for computing.
