Amended DSUP Filed for Carlyle Plaza
An amended DSUP has been filed for Block 32 within the Carlyle Plaza project. The proposed changes call for the previously approved 630K square feet of office space to now be residential. One tower would have residential units with ground-floor retail and the second tower would have only residential units with a total of 711 residential units between the two buildings. Future phases of the development could include another 715K square feet of residential space including a 17-story senior housing tower.
