Apartment Community in North Port Receives Preliminary Approval
Connecticut-based developer Belfonti Companies has received preliminary approval for Serenity at North Port, a proposed apartment community in North Port. The North Port City Commission will review the master plan at the next meeting before giving final approval. Serenity at North Port, which would offer 180 apartment units, would be developed on an 18.6-acre site along Toledo Blade Boulevard.
