14 new residences proposed in Roslindale Square
Developer City Real Estate Development Corporation of Brookline has filed plans with the City of Boston to construct 32 Cummins Residences, a new 14-unit residential building at 32 Cummins Highway in Roslindale Square; the following is a link to the filed plans. An existing 4,608 square foot house would be demolished; the developer acquired the 9,182 square foot parcel in December 2015 for $600,000. The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services will hold a community meeting to discuss the proposal on Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 at 6:30 PM.
32 Cummins Residences, the latest Roslindale Square development project, is located next to the Parkside on Adams development, a phased mixed-use project consisting of 43 recently-opened residential rental units and approximately 7,000 square feet of retail. Nearby, City Point Capital developed The Residences at Village Crossing, a newly-built 14-unit condominium building. Parkhead Development is developing a new 19-unit condominium building at 20 Taft Hill Park.
