Developer buyer of recently-sold Hyde Park bar acquires adjacent retail strip


HP Properties LLC, buyer of 1185 River Street (Dempsey's Bar and Grill) in Hyde Park, has now acquired the adjacent retail strip at 1191-1203 River Street. The strip is situated on a 15,517 square foot lot including rear parking; the single-story retail buildings contain a total of 6,080 square feet. Today's sale price per the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds was $900,000. HP Properties LLC is managed by William Raveis affiliated Milton developer Christopher Lydon.

With 1185 River Street and 1191-1203 River Street combined, HP Properties LLC has acquired a total of 18,685 square feet of land in Hyde Park's commercial heart located steps to the Hyde Park and Fairmount commuter rail stations. HP Properties LLC has bought the two properties for a combined $1,200,000. The following is a map showing 1185 River Street in green and 1191-1203 River Street (today's acquisition) in red:
