Foundations are being dug at 99 Tremont Street Apartments by the Dellbrook Construction/JK Scanlan Company team. The team is hard at work transforming a formerly vacant lot into a 62-unit residential development. 99 Tremont Street Apartments will bring an increased residential presence to Oak Square, an eclectic commercial center in Boston's Brighton neighborhood.
