First windows installed at East Boston's Portside at East Pier Phase Two
The first windows have been installed at the 296-unit Portside at East Pier Phase Two residential apartment development on the East Boston Waterfront. Steel framing has also been installed to construct balconies around select units. Wood framing of the development's west wing along South Bremen Street has topped off at 5 stories tall, and the east wing has reached 2 stories tall. Portside at East Pier Phase Two will open in Fall 2018 and will also include a public Harborwalk extension. The following are photographs of Portside at East Pier Phase Two:
