Finishing touches underway at South Boston’s sold-out Collins Mansion Condominiums
South Boston’s Collins Mansion Condominiums are nearing completion, with new three-story additions constructed on either side of the historic mansion. New windows are installed across the entire development, and exterior siding is installed along both three-story additions. Sales of all nine of the luxurious Collins Mansion Condominiums, which are sold out pre-completion, are now pending. Prices as listed ranged from $985,000 for Unit 2, a 1,454 square foot two-bedroom/two-bathroom, to $1,350,000 for Unit 6, a 1,802 square foot three-bedroom/two-bathroom penthouse.
