Brick facade installation underway at 47 Webster in East Boston, rooftop restaurant opening in November
Installation of 47 Webster's brick facade is well underway as the building nears completion this fall. Windows, moisture-resistant cladding and fireproofing have been installed along the building's entire four-story shell, which is fully topped off. Cunard Tavern, 47 Webster's signature restaurant, will open in November and was recently named one of the Boston Globe's 20 most exciting restaurants opening this fall. Cunard Tavern, the work of local Ducali and Lucia restaurateur and 47 Webster developer Philip Frattaroli, will serve "traditional pub food” and feature 65 seats with a 35-seat roof deck.
