Boston Market Terminal Closes, Awaiting Redevelopment
Boston Market Terminal has officially closed operations as it awaits redevelopment. Purchased by The Davis Companies in 2019 for $28,500,000, the developer submitted plans to the City of Everett for a new 221,800 square-foot last-mile distribution center for eCommerce use in January.
