Boston Pinnacle Properties Proposes Mixed-Use Project in JP
Boston Pinnacle Properties plans to replace an auto repair shop at 3458 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain with a new 5-story mixed-use building. The project would include 37 apartments, including 8 affordable units, along with 800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Plans call for 4 two-bedroom units, 15 one-bedroom units, and 18 studio units along with a fitness center and co-working space. The proposed new building, which conforms to Plan: JP/Rox, has been carefully designed to fit seamlessly into the surrounding community and enhance the overall urban landscape.
